¿HOW TO CLEAN TIRES SAFELY?

The rims are one of the car surfaces that stain the most and if they are not cleaned regularly, the dirt ends up very embedded. That dark grime largely comes from the ferodo dust on the brake pads. In the past, most products on the market were formulated quite acidic to attack these inorganic deposits.

However, they are harmful if they are too strong or diluted incorrectly, when the rim surface is chromed or polished, if the paint is not in good condition, when they are applied with the rim too hot or if they are allowed to act longer indicated time. This type of situation causes, for example, that the paint burns, the brake calipers deteriorate and rust after a while.

Currently, rim cleaners are formulated or combined with iron decontaminants, which act directly on this type of dirt. They are pH neutral (7) and therefore totally safe on most surfaces. They can be used not only to decontaminate the tires but also any part of the vehicle's bodywork or exterior.

Finally, if you want your tires to stay clean for much longer and not get contaminated, you can protect them with a specific sealant or coating.
